This program is for all ages: 15 years and older

To promote Metro Detroit Martial Arts Fitness Club we host fitness events across Greater Detroit.

All of our events start with a lite jog of 1500 paces, followed by circuit training centering on agility, reflex, coordination, strength, and endurance. The later part of the training session will focus on technique and self defense while under duress. This event will run for 2 hrs, 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We ask that all participants arrive 15 minutes prior to start time for a quick roll call, and lite warm up.
