The objective of the Urban Warrior Martial Art Fitness Club is to promote complete physical fitness. This program incorporates movement patterns, offensive, and defensive techniques found in competitive martial arts, and military training drills. Our martial arts conditioning program focuses cardiovascular fitness, overall muscle definition, coordination, strength, and flexibility.In-person Instruction will run in accordance with the CDC Safety Guidelines.
